We believe the Christian life was never meant to be lived in our own strength.

Jesus promised His followers the presence and power of the Holy Spirit—and that promise wasn't only for the early church. The Holy Spirit is still at work today: drawing us closer to Jesus, transforming our lives, empowering His Church, and equipping ordinary people to participate in God's extraordinary work.

But for many Christians, the Holy Spirit can still feel mysterious.

Who is the Holy Spirit?
What does it mean to be filled with the Spirit?
How does He speak and lead?
What about spiritual gifts?
How can I recognize His work in my life?
What would happen if our churches truly learned to depend upon His power?

That's why we're hosting IGNITE.

WHAT IS IGNITE?

IGNITE is a weekend designed to Discover the Holy Spirit. Encounter His presence. Learn to live Empowered by Him.

Together we will explore what Scripture teaches about the person and work of the Holy Spirit and discover practical ways to recognize, welcome and cooperate with His work in our lives.

This won't simply be a weekend of information.

We will create space to learn, worship, pray, practice and encounter God together.

Throughout the weekend you can expect:

• Biblical and Christ-centered teaching
• Worship during every session
• Practical application
• Prayer and ministry
• Testimonies and stories
• Opportunities to respond and experience what we're learning
• Space to ask questions and grow

Our desire isn't simply that we would know more about the Holy Spirit.

We want to know Him.

WHY IGNITE?

The early Church didn't advance because it had better programs, bigger buildings or more talented people.

They depended upon the Holy Spirit.

We believe the Church still needs His presence and power today.

We long to see followers of Jesus who are increasingly filled with the Spirit, growing in the fruit of the Spirit, equipped in the gifts of the Spirit and empowered to carry the love and message of Jesus into their homes, workplaces, communities and world.

IGNITE is an invitation to make room for God to do something fresh in us—and through us.

WHO SHOULD COME?

You.

IGNITE isn't just for pastors, leaders or people who already know a lot about the Holy Spirit.

Maybe you've followed Jesus your entire life but have never really understood the Holy Spirit.

Maybe you're hungry for more of God.

Maybe you've experienced the Holy Spirit powerfully before and want to grow deeper.

Maybe you're skeptical and simply have questions.

Maybe you want to see your church become more dependent upon the Spirit.

Wherever you are starting from, there is room for you.

Come curious.
Come hungry.
Come expectant.

WEEKEND SCHEDULE

FRIDAY • JANUARY 29

7:00 PM — IGNITE Opening Session

SATURDAY • JANUARY 30

9:30 AM–12:00 PM — Morning Session

Worship • Teaching • Practical Application • Prayer

12:00–1:30 PM — Lunch

Lunch will be provided.

1:30–3:30 PM — Afternoon Session

3:30-4:30 PM – Ignite Prayer Service

Worship • Teaching • Practical Application • Prayer & Ministry

SUNDAY • JANUARY 31

IGNITE continues during both of our Sunday morning worship services.

8:30 AM — Worship & IGNITE Teaching

10:30 AM — Worship & IGNITE Teaching

The same teaching will be offered at both services.

COST

IGNITE IS FREE.

We don't want cost to keep anyone from participating.

There is no registration fee for the weekend. A free-will offering will be received for those who would like to help cover the costs of bringing the IGNITE ministry team to Woodstock.

Childcare will be available during all IGNITE sessions Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday morning.
